This simple smoothie is perfect for an on-the-go snack. If you want to make it a little different – add a little sparkling water or club soda to your smoothie to make it lighter and fun to drink.
 
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 scoops protein powder 30 grams protein per scoop, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla optional
 
Instructions
 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
