Ingredients
  1. 2/3 cup non fat plain Greek yoghurt
  2. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  3. 1/3 cup whole grain unsweetened granola
  4. 1 Tbsp chia seeds

 

 

Instructions
  1. Layer the yogurt, blueberries and granola in a bowl or glass.
  2. Top with the chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately.
