Blueberries and mangos are a perfect combination to make some really delicious frozen yoghurt pops. This is a really healthy recipe for kids. Since it is made of fruits and low-fat yoghurt, it is a much better option than chocolate or ice-cream.
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, mango, yogurt, banana, honey and lime juice.
- Add 1 cup of cold water.
- Puree until smooth.
- Evenly divide the mixture into the molds. Place the sticks into the molds and then freeze for at least 4 hours.
