BLUEBERRY MANGO YOGURT POPS

Blueberries and mangos are a perfect combination to make some really delicious frozen yoghurt pops. This is a really healthy recipe for kids. Since it is made of fruits and low-fat yoghurt, it is a much better option than chocolate or ice-cream.

 

 

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup fresh or thawed blueberries
  2. 1 cup fresh or thawed mango chunks
  3. 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, non-fat
  4. 1 medium banana
  5. 2 – 3 Tbsp honey, or to taste
  6. 2 limes, juiced
  7. Popsicle molds, or paper cups and sticks
 
 
 
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, mango, yogurt, banana, honey and lime juice.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Evenly divide the mixture into the molds. Place the sticks into the molds and then freeze for at least 4 hours.
