Fat Free Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
  1. 2 cup water, 1 boiling, 1 cold
  2. 1 box (0.3 oz) sugar-free raspberry gelatin mix
  3. 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  4. 1 box (1 oz) fat-free, sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
  5. 1 container (8 oz) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
 

 

 

Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to a large, deep mixing bowl. Stir in gelatin mix until it dissolves. Mix in 1 cup cold water and raspberries. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle pudding mix into the gelatin mixture. Beat with an electric mixer on High for about 2 minutes or until all lumps are dissolved. Fold in whipped topping. Evenly divide into 8 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.
