At times your motivation level drops down and you start to feel like giving up completely. It is at those times that you need some external help to keep you going. You need to accept that you need help before you expect some change. Follow these steps to keep going when you feel like giving up.

One of the most common reasons why people give up so quickly is that they take massive steps immediately. This isn’t the right way to get started. Whenever you focus on doing something great, you must always start by taking baby steps. Break down your goals into bite-size and do your best in achieving them.
