  • 1 lb bag carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly mist with an olive oil mister or a non-fat cooking spray.
3. Evenly spread carrot sticks onto a baking sheet and little mist with an olive oil mister.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin.
5. Roast until tender and browning on edges occur, about 20-25 minutes.
