A delicious snack or breakfast, perfect for June when the strawberries are so delicious and ripe.

 

 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup quick oats

 

Instructions
  1. Pulse the oats in the blender until they form a flour.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
